Leadership and Teamwork
This is the full three-day skills training program, complete with a set of participant materials. Leadership and Teamwork is designed to measurably improve participants' leadership and influencing skills for greater supervisory and coaching success, increased teamwork and cooperation, and more success in challenging sales and service situations.
